The clock starts when it runs
Ninety days from the day your ad appears. Not from the day you booked, and not from the day you sent us the brief. If a placement runs in more than one issue or month, we count from the first one.
Our promise
Ninety days after your ad goes live, we ask you one question: are you happy with this placement? If the answer is anything other than "Heck yeah", we make it right.
More time, a different spot, a fresh ad: whatever it takes, worked out with you rather than decided for you. We would rather fix it than argue about it.
No form, no window to catch, no fine print about what counts as a complaint. Three things are worth knowing.
Ninety days from the day your ad appears. Not from the day you booked, and not from the day you sent us the brief. If a placement runs in more than one issue or month, we count from the first one.
We come and ask at ninety days. You are welcome to raise it in week two. Anything inside the window counts, and telling us early usually means there is still time to fix it while the ad is live.
Are you happy with this placement? Anything other than "Heck yeah" is a real answer, and we treat it as one. You do not have to build a case or produce numbers to be taken seriously.
It depends on what went wrong, and we work it out with you rather than deciding for you. In practice it is one of these three.
Same spot, new words or a new photo. More often than not the placement was right and the ad was not saying the right thing yet.
On our dime. We represent a lot of titles, and sometimes the buyers you want are simply reading something else on the list.
Sometimes that is the only honest way to make it right, so that is what we do. We would rather return the money than argue about it.
We represent a lot of publications, and one placement is not the point. The point is to earn your business, and to keep connecting you with more of them for years.
An ad that left you disappointed does not get us there. Fixing it is simply the cheaper end of that arithmetic, which is why the guarantee is ours to honour rather than yours to negotiate.
Ask before you book. Tell us who you are trying to reach and we will say honestly whether we have something that fits, and whether we would put our own money behind it.
Booking on a private offer page? The guarantee comes with it. Nothing to sign up for.
